The staff is very courteous and helpful: we had a problem with the room (it smelled like... read more smoke although it was a non-smoking camwra) and not being able to replace it they gave us the extra costs. Excellent location for the sea and the mud. Also excellent is the pub that offers 2x1 from 6 to 7 pm. it is an environment suitable for both families and couples. Perfect!

  everything more than ok, the beach is beautiful with a nice access to the Dead Sea and mud available to everyone who want to do a mud bath or scrub.... read more the breakfast is super rich with a various and big buffet. the structure is a bit too seasoned, you will notice that in the rooms more than everywhere else, so I think it is a bit overpriced, but a part than that we enjoyed our stay very much. it is mostly recommended mainly because every other structure is almost the same and the beach acces, breakfast and cost quality ratio here are more than good

  This was our last stay in a busy tour of Jordan and we were pleasantly surprised, especially after reading the many poor reviews of this place. Yes, this place is... read more large--although since travel has not fully returned to Jordan, it did not seem too large or too when we stayed there (but I could imagine it would be in a true high season). The room was large and clean.
There were several pools to lounge by but what was especially nice was being able to walk directly to--and into--the Dead Sea. The beach was quite nice and busy.
Food was more than ample and restaurant staff was most accommodating in helping me bring coffee back to the room for a leisurely wake-up. My only complaint would be the small water bottles they leave in the room--one per person; not enough to get by in the hot climate and the smallest quantity any hotel offered us in Jordan. We had to call room service to buy larger bottles. Not a big deal but not perfect.
The spa seemed understaffed; only two people seemed to be on duty and our group of 12 quickly snapped up most of the appointments in the morning. Those who had the woman technician were very happy with our mud baths, massages and reflexology (or whatever) treatments we chose. Those who had the man technician all felt most unsatisfied with quick treatments that provided little relief.
